Frequently asked questions

Where does the ranking data come from?
We query Google search results through a professional SERP data provider and record the exact position of your domain in the top 100 organic results, per country and device.
How often are keywords checked?
Checks run at 06:00 UTC. Starter checks all 200 of your keywords daily. Pro checks 300 of its 500 daily and the rest every Monday. Business checks 600 of its 1,000 daily and the rest every Monday. Free is checked daily during your first week, then every Monday.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy: open Settings, then Manage billing, and cancel in one click. Your data stays until you delete it.
Do you offer refunds?
If RankLoop does not work for you, write to us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it.
